The headline isn’t a rhetorical question. Although Democrats have been hammering McGuire on his absence around the district, I thought it’d be interesting to use his social feeds and newsletter to track what he’s been up to during this week’s congressional recess. It’s great that he’s visiting local businesses and organizations, but meeting people isn’t the same as standing up for them. And by that standard, John McGuire seems to have done little worth reporting on this week.
